  2. Access, free of charge, the Personal Data that is subject to Processing under the terms of Article 22 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
  3. Revoke the authorization granted for the use of Personal Data.

You may exercise the rights indicated in the preceding numeral and all other rights conferred by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, by contacting COMPANY via email at EMAIL.

The Legal and Governance Affairs Management will be responsible for issuing the guidelines for handling requests, inquiries, and complaints, before which the Data Subject can exercise their rights to know, update, rectify, and delete Personal Data, and revoke the authorization for Personal Data Processing.

ARCO Rights

Should you wish to exercise your ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition to the processing of your personal data) or revoke the consent you have granted to COMPANY for the Processing of your Personal Data held in our databases, you must contact COMPANY through the Service Channels and generate a Personal Data inquiry request. To do so, it is necessary that when generating the request, you (a) Send documents proving the identity of the Data Subject or the legal representation, (b) Provide the Data Subject’s name and address, (c) Clearly and precisely describe the Personal Data regarding which the Data Subject seeks to exercise any of the rights, (d) Expressly state your wish to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data and, therefore, for them not to be used, (e) Include any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Personal Data. If the Personal Data Subject’s request is unclear, erroneous, or incomplete, COMPANY may ask the Data Subject to provide additional information to address their request within five (5) business days following the receipt of the request. If the Data Subject does not respond to the request for additional information within ten (10) business days, their request will be considered not submitted.

COMPANY will communicate its decision to the Data Subject, via email or any other means it deems appropriate, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days counted from the date of receipt of the request. If the request is deemed appropriate, it will be made effective within fifteen (15) business days following the date on which the response is communicated. When it is not possible to address the inquiry within the terms established in the preceding paragraph, the aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for equal periods, and this situation will be communicated to the Data Subject, indicating the reasons for the delay and specifying the date on which their inquiry will be addressed.

Claim for Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition of Personal Data

Should you wish to file a claim for rectification, cancellation, or opposition of Personal Data, you must contact COMPANY through the Service Channels, and COMPANY will address your request under the same terms as the preceding section of this instrument.

If you state, through any of the Service Channels, that you do not wish to receive advertising, COMPANY will proceed to fulfill your request. In the event that the Data Subject confirms they wish their COMPANY account to be deleted, please send an email to EMAIL with the request to delete the account.

The deletion of the COMPANY account will result in the elimination of all your Personal Data, causing the loss of your entire purchase history, as well as any refund or discount coupons, and any other personal information that COMPANY holds about the Data Subject.

The request for opposition to information and the revocation of Consent will not proceed when there is a legal, contractual, or commercial duty for you to remain in our database.
